To 86’ a menu item please follow the steps below:
- Log in to GrubOPS by clicking here .
- Enter the email and password provided to you by your dedicated Customer Success Manager.
- Once you have logged into GrubOPS, you will be able to see the GrubOPS dashboard.
- Click on the 86’ing Items button on the top right corner of the screen.
- You will then be directed to the 86’ing dashboard.
- If you have multiple locations, kindly select the location you wish to 86 the menu item for.
- Select Menu Items from Select the type of section.
- Select the Brand.
- Select the status: Available.
- Type the name of the menu item in the search bar.
- You will then be able to see the menu item.
- Click on the Available toggle button to make it unavailable.
- You will be asked to confirm until when you would like to make the item unavailable for.
- Select either of the two options:
- Unavailable until the next day. (Your item will be unavailable until the next day and will automatically be available the next day.)
- Unavailable until further notice. (Your item will be made unavailable until you wish to manually make it available again).
- Click Confirm.
You have successfully 86’d a menu item.
