To 86’ a menu item follow these steps:
- Step 1: Log in to GrubOPS by clicking here .
- Step 2: Once you have logged into GrubOPS, navigate to 86ing page
- Step 3: Select the location, Brand. If you have multiple locations, kindly select the location you wish to 86 the menu item for.
- Step 4: Select item type as Menu Items.
- Step 5 :Select the status: All or Available.
- Step 6: Type the name of the menu item in the search bar.
- Step 7: Click on the Available toggle button to make it unavailable.
- Step 8: Users will be asked to confirm the time to make the item unavailable.
Select either of the two options:

- Unavailable until the next day. (Your item will be unavailable until the next day and will automatically be available the next day.)
- Unavailable until further notice. (Your item will be made unavailable until you wish to manually make it available again).
- Step 9: Click Confirm.
