In accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines, personally identifiable information (PII) can not be shared with third parties. To ensure secure handling of personal data, reports containing PII can be exported in Excel format with password protection. Access to these reports is restricted to authorized users through the use of a configured user PIN as the password.
How to view the exported (downloaded / sent by email) report
- Login to GrubCenter ,navigate to Real-time reports.
- Select the report and download or send the report by email.
- User will receive an email on the registered email ID, open the attached Excel file.
- Enter your user’s PIN code in the password field to view the report.

Users may configure PIN code by following these steps:- Open Grubcenter account.
- Navigate to User Management, select Users subcategory.
- Generate the user PIN and Save.
Note:
- Exported reports are accessible for a period of 7–10 days; after this period, the report will no longer be available, and a new export will be required.
- If a customer requests the deletion of their data from the Grubtech platform, please submit a ticket to the Grubtech support team to initiate the data deletion process.
