      Find an order

      You can find an order in two different ways:

      • Use the Search by following below steps:

        Step 1 : Login to grubOPS

        Step 2 : Navigate to “Orders” page

        Step 3 : Select search parameters by Order ID or Customer details

        Step 4 : Enter search details in the search field

      • Use the individual tabs to search for an order within a tab. For instance, go to Live Orders tab and search within this tab for an order that is in progress.
