Managing Food Orders

gPicker allows users to efficiently manage food orders, enabling quick and straightforward order fulfillment or cancellation as needed.

Steps to Complete a Food Order:

Claim the food order from the unclaimed orders list.
User will then be able to see the order list view.
Note💡: All items will be listed down as item cards, within these individual cards, details such as item external ID (SKU/PLU), item name, quantity, unit price, modifiers, modifier quantity and price, item notes will be displayed.
When the order is prepared user can click on Complete and Confirm on the confirmation pop-up.

Note💡: Scheduled orders may also be placed, with details like pick-up time included to help users prepare them in advance.

Note💡: When managing an order, if there's insufficient stock or any other issue, the user can manually cancel the order directly through the app.

Order SKU: It opens a detailed view containing the item QR code, item quantity, unit price, and other product details for quick and accurate verification.
