Cancelling an Order
gPicker allows users to cancel an order directly from the app due to stock unavailability or other issues, providing flexibility during order fulfillment.
Steps to cancel an order:
- Log in and claim the order.
- If all items in an order are unavailable
- Click on the Quick actions button and select Cancel Order
- Select a reason for cancelling the order and click on Confirm.
Note💡: The user can cancel an order anytime for valid reasons. They just need to claim the order first and can cancel it directly using the Quick Actions option, providing a reason without marking item availability.
