Create a Role for Users
To start creating users in GrubCenter, you need to create roles and groups for users. Let's walk you through the process.
Starting by creating roles for users.
Sometimes, you might want to give your restaurant team limited access to our products. To get started, you'll need to create a Role first. By setting up Roles in advance, you can easily link new users to the roles you've already established.
To learn how to create a role, follow these steps:
- Log into GrubCenter account, and click on User Management. Then, select Roles.
- You will then be able to see all the existing roles on the dashboard, if any.
- Click on the ‘’+ New Role’’ button on the top right corner of the screen.
- Enter the Role Name.
- Enter the Description. This Step is optional.
- Click Next.

Select the necessary Permission(s). This step is essential as it ensures users can access only the information you have authorized.

After selecting the permission category, choose additional permission(s) from the drop-down menu.
- Click Add Role.
The role has been successfully created.
