This guide explains how GrubCenter (GC) users with report permissions can view and manage scheduled reports. This feature provides visibility into which reports have been scheduled and their recurrence details.
To view previously scheduled reports please follow below steps
Step 1 : Login to GrubCenter as the user with Real-Time Reports permissions set (e.g. Admin)
Step 2 : Navigate to Real-Time reports section
Step 3 : Schedule reports to be sent by email with recurrence
Step 4 : Navigate to Account Settings in the GC sidebar.
Step 5 : Select Scheduled Reports from the menu.
Step 6 : View the List of Scheduled Reports
Step 7 : Interact with Scheduled Reports. Hover over a report row to reveal additional options:
- Edit Option: Allows modifications to the scheduled report settings.
- Delete Option: Enables the removal of a scheduled report.
To modify previously scheduled reports please follow below steps
Step 1 : Login to GrubCenter as the user withpermissions to ALL Real-Time Reports (e.g. Admin)
Step 2 : Navigate to Account Settings in the GC sidebar with previously scheduled reports.
Step 3 : Hover over the scheduled report row.
Step 4 : Click on the “Edit” button to enter edit mode.
Step 5 : Modify the following settings:
- Frequency:
- Select Daily, Weekly, or Monthly from the dropdown list.
- Each option includes explanatory text.
- Date & Time:
- A date picker will appear.
- The earliest selectable date is today (past days are disabled).
- If selecting today, the time picker will prevent selection of past hours.
Step 6 : Save changes by clicking on “Save”. If no changes are made, the Save button remains disabled (greyed out).
To delete previously scheduled reports please follow below steps
Step 1 : Login to GrubCenter as the user with permissions to ALL Real-Time Reports (e.g. Admin)
Step 2 : Navigate to Account Settings in the GC sidebar with previously scheduled reports.
Step 3 : Hover over the scheduled report row.
Step 4 : Locate the report you wish to delete and click on the “Delete” button.
Step 5 : Confirmation pop-up will appear to confirm deletion. You have two options:
1.Confirm deletion:
- The report will be removed from the table.
- A toast message “Scheduled report is deleted” will appear for successful deletion.
- If an error occurs, the message “An error occurred while deleting scheduled report settings. Please try again.” will be displayed.
2.Cancel deletion:
- The confirmation pop-up will close.
- The user will return to the Scheduled Reports page without deleting the report.
