How to Manage Scheduled Reports

This guide outlines how users with reporting permissions can access and manage their scheduled reports. It allows users to see which reports are scheduled, along with their recurrence settings and delivery details.

To view previously scheduled reports, follow these steps:

  • Login to GrubCenter 
  • Navigate to Account Settings, select Scheduled Reports subcategory.
  • View the List of Scheduled Reports

To interact with scheduled reports, hover over a report row to access additional options:

  • Edit: Modify the settings of a scheduled report.
  • Delete: Remove a scheduled report.

To modify previously scheduled reports, follow these steps:

  • Login to GrubCenter , navigate to Account Settings section, and select Scheduled Reports.
  • Click on the “Edit” button to enter edit mode.

Users can modify the following settings:

  • Frequency:
    • Select Daily, Weekly, or Monthly from the dropdown list.
    • Each option includes explanatory text.
  • Date & Time

  • Save changes by clicking on “Save

To delete previously scheduled reports, please these steps:

  • Log in to GrubCenter , navigate to Account Settings section, and select Scheduled Reports.
  • Click on the “Edit” button to enter edit mode.
  • Locate the report you wish to delete and click on “Delete”.

  • A confirmation pop-up will appear to confirm deletion. You have two options:
    • Delete to proceed with the action.
    • Cancel to disregard the action.
