How to Manage Store Settings
By managing Store Settings correctly, you ensure that customers can only place orders during valid operating hours, reducing errors and enhancing service reliability across integrated delivery platforms.

To learn how to manage your store and set operational serving hours, follow these steps:

Log in to your GrubCenter account.

Navigate to the Account Settings section from the main menu.

Click on the “Store Settings” subcategory.

Go to “Store Serving Hours.”
- Sync Stores.

Select the Location, Brand, and Food Aggregator (e.g., UberEats, Talabat, etc.) for which you want to manage settings. and click on Apply.

Set or adjust the serving hours according to your store's availability by clicking on the configuration button.
- Set the store`s serving hours.

Once done, click “Save” to apply the changes.
Manage Store status (Open, Closed)
Users can manage the store`s operational status within the supported food aggregator by following these steps:
- Select the "Store Closed" tab, then click on "Sync Stores" to synchronize the brand and location data
- Proceed to select the location, brand, and food aggregator.
- Click Apply.

- Use the toggle right next to the food aggregator's name.
- Green > Indicates the location is active with the respective food aggregator. Use the toggle to designate the store as Closed
- Grey > Indicates the location is inactive. Use the toggle to designate the store as Open.

The Food Aggregator list displays the names of the food aggregators.
- Store Status ( Open - Closed )

The "Unsupported" label indicates that the selected food aggregator does not support managing the store's operational status directly through Grubcenter.
In these cases, users must manage the status directly via the food aggregator's administrative dashboard.

Manage Store Status (Busy)
The store can be marked as Busy for various operational reasons when required by the operations team. Here is how to set the store in Busy or Quiet modes.
- Select the "Store Busy" tab, then click on "Sync Stores" to synchronize the brand and location data
- Proceed to select the location, brand, and food aggregator.
- Click Apply.

Use the toggle right next to the food aggregator's name.

Quiet mode status indicates that the store is operational and prepared to accept orders; use the active toggle to mark the store as Busy.

If the store status is set to Busy, use the toggle to update the status to Quiet.
