      Prepare an order for Dispatch

      The Ready for Dispatch button is made inactive until all items within an order have been marked as completed by the relevant KDS (i.e. all menu items are marked as green). Once an order is marked as completed, it is ready to be dispatched through GrubKDS Master:

      • Locate the relevant order on the Orders Screen.
      • Click the Send to Dispatch button.

      Your order will then move to the Waiting for Pickup tab.
