Receiving a new Order in grubKDS (Live tab)

When a station receives a new order, the full KDS screen starts blinking along with a sound alert until the kitchen staff taps on the screen to acknowledge the new order. 

KOTs are listed in chronological order, with the most recently issued orders appearing at the top of the screen.
