By activating the KDS, you are effectively activating a station within a kitchen. Each KDS device comes with a unique activation code which consists of a 24-digit code and a password. Our team will provide you with the required credentials to activate your KDS device. Once you activate your device, you can choose the station of your preference to open.

To activate a device (KDS), follow the next steps:

• Fill in the 24-digit activation code.
• Click Activate.

• Select the Station you want to activate and click Continue. You have now successfully activated your station and are in the Orders Screen.

Please Note: In case you only have one station created for your brand, the system will skip this step and directly show the Orders Screen.
