By activating a KDS Master station, you are activating a station that controls all the KDS stations within a kitchen associated with it. KDS Master is an Android based solution and it needs to be activated in a device. For minimum device requirements, please contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager.
Each KDS Master device requires specific permissions to be granted during setup. Once permissions are allowed, you can log in using your Grubcentre account email and password or use the unique activation credentials provided by our team, which include a 24-digit activation code and password. After activation, you can immediately view and manage orders across different KDS Stations, brands, and channels.
To activate a device (KDS Master), follow the next steps:
- Ensure you allow any permission pop-ups that appear on the screen.
- Log in using your Grubcentre account email and password.
- Alternatively, you can enter the 24-digit activation code and password provided to activate your device.
- Select the your kitchen.
- Click Done and now Your KDS Master station is activated and you now see the Orders Screen.
