Marketing Report

The purpose of the report is to focus on the campaign, and the sales amount that is affected by the campaign, not the whole order related data

To view Marketing Report  please follow below steps

Step 1 : Login to GrubCenter as the user with Real-Time Reports permissions set (e.g. Admin)

Step 2 : Navigate to Real-Time reports section

Step 3 : Select ”Marketing” from the side bar to view the details

 

NOTE:

  • Same order may be counted multiple times due to different campaigns applied to the same order.
  • Marketing report will only include orders from Talabat and Deliveroo which support multiple campaign types). From other integrations - we usually only receive “Discount + code”

  • No of Orders – total number of orders value should consider total number of orders for the given date range.
    Calculation: No of Orders = Sum of Orders
  • Original Amount - Sum of sales amount before the discount is applied
    Calculation: Original Amount = Sum (Campaign items sales)
  • Sales – Sum of all the sales amount of the campaign items (not the original sales price, but the end sales amount, after discounts are applied)
    Calculation: Sales = Sum (Campaign items sales - Discounts)
  • Discounts – total discounts that are applied in the table
    Calculation: Discounts = Discount 1 + Discount 2 + … Discount X
  • Search – You can find exact record by using the search bar. You can filter based on following parameters:
    • Campaign
    • Type
    • Brand
    • Channel
  • Download Button  – Allows to download report in excel format through the web browser

  • Filters are interactive and allow you to select options. You can filter based on following parameters:
    • Brand
    • Location
    • Service Mode (e.g. Pick up, dine in, FA delivery, restaurant delivery)
    • Channel
    • Country
    • Discount Type
