      Permissions for Real-Time Reports Filters

      Permissions allow you to create users with access to different set of filters for real-time reports. This creates flexibility and gives more control over viewing the data

      Step 1 : Login to GrubCenter as the user with all permissions set (e.g. Admin)

      Step 2 : Navigate to User Management - Roles section to view permissions of existing roles or under new role creation

      Step 3 : View “Real-Time Reports Filters” section is displayed in permissions list

      Step 4 : Select all or unselect all permissions by clicking on the buttons

      Step 5 : Choose some filters by selecting them using check box

      Step 6 : Save the selection to be reflected on GC

       

      NOTE:

      • All filters will be selected/displayed by default
      • Selected/unselected filters will apply across all real-time reports where these filters are applicable
