The delivery dashboard allows the user to manually handle all incoming delivery requests by switching to Manual Mode.
To set a default delivery method on the dispatcher, kindly follow the steps below:
- Log in to dispatcher from the delivery dashboard by clicking here .
- You will then be able to view the dispatcher dashboard.
- Click on the settings button on the top right of the screen.
The Delivery Request setting allows the user to manually handle all incoming delivery requests by switching to Manual Mode.
- When Manual Mode is enabled (toggle switched on), delivery requests will no longer be processed automatically.
- This overrides any other delivery settings, requiring the user to manually manage and accept each delivery request.
Essentially, it gives the user complete control over delivery requests instead of relying on an automated system.
