Store Management in grubOne

Store Management lets you control your store's availability across all your delivery platforms directly from grubOne. No need to log into each platform separately.

From one place, you can open or close your store, turn on Busy Mode, update your serving hours, and track every change that's been made.

What You Can Do

  • Open or close your store across any aggregator
  • Enable Busy Mode when your kitchen needs more time
  • Set your serving hours with a flexible weekly schedule
  • View Activity History to see a log of all changes made to your store

Accessing Store Management

  1. Open grubOne and log in
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Store Management
  4. Enter your PIN to continue

You'll land on the Store Management dashboard, where all your connected storefronts are listed.

💡 After 5 incorrect PIN attempts, you'll need to log in with your email and password instead.

Viewing Your Storefronts

Your stores are listed on the left, grouped by brand. Each one shows the brand name, the connected aggregators (like Talabat, Deliveroo, or Uber Eats), and the current status — Online, Offline, Busy, or Unreachable.

Tap any brand or aggregator to open its details on the right. You'll see the store's availability, Busy Mode status, serving hours, and whether it's using inherited or custom settings.

To search for a store, type in the search bar and tap the search icon.

To filter by status, tap the filter icon and select Online, Offline, or Busy. If you use both search and filter at the same time, the search will only look within your filtered results.
