We’re excited to introduce a new feature that enhances our Talabat Integration on the Grubtech platform — support for item-level discounts. This update allows you to mirror item-level discounts set up in the Talabat Partner Portal directly within Grubtech, ensuring more accurate pricing, improved reporting, and better discount tracking at the item level.

Feature Details
Feature Name: Enable Item-Level Discounts.
Configuration Location: Brand-level settings under Talabat in the Application Manager
Default Setting: Enabled
When Enabled: The system will process and apply item-level discounts.
When Disabled: The system will ignore item-level discounts completely.
How to Enable Item-Level Discount Processing:
To enable receiving item-level discounts separately in Grubtech when running such a discount type on Talabat, please follow the next steps:
- Log in to GrubCenter using your credentials.
- Go to Applications.
- Ensure you have the right permission to access and edit configurations under the Applications section.
- Under the Food Aggregators section, find Talabat app. and click Settings.
- Find the configurations for the brand and location where you want to enable item-level discounts. Click the View icon.
- Switch the Enable Item Level Discount toggle button to the ON position (green color), which is located at the top left of the page.
