Track the delivery of an order from a 3rd party provider (3PL)

This page outlines how to track the real-time delivery status of orders fulfilled by third-party logistics (3PL) providers and delivery by the restaurant's own fleet, directly within the GrubOPS platform.

If you would like to find details about the delivery of a real-time order or would like to track an order, follow the next steps:

  • Use the search box to type the order number.
  • Click on the order to view additional order-related information.
  • Under the delivery detail section, you can find a tracking ID
