      What is GrubKDS Master?

      If you have configured your kitchen to have more than one station, then you will be required to use GrubKDS Master. The KDS Master provides you with a number of capabilities including:

      • Visibility over the order-level statuses across various stations.
      • Ability to accept/reject orders.
      • Ability to mark orders as ready for dispatch.
      • Ability to notify stations if they are delayed in preparing the food (available soon).

      GrubKDS Master can be used as a product bundled with GrubKDS and GrubDISPATCH or as a single tablet in combination with GrubDISPATCH only.

      GrubKDS Master consists of 2 key views:

      • Orders Screen
      • Settings Panel
