What is Reporting on GrubOPS?

The Reporting page in GrubOPS provides access to near-real-time data and performance metrics for your account for the last 24 hours from the viewing time.

Key Features of the Reporting Page

  • Real-Time Visibility: View data from the last 24 hours, updated continuously to reflect the most current performance.

  • Operational Insights: Track metrics such as total orders, average order value, total VAT, gross revenue, nest revenue and total discount.

  • Filter Options: Use filters to customize the report view based on date, time, brand, or order type.

  • Export Report: Donwload a copy of the report in Excel format.

Note: in case you have different currencies under the same account, total amounts will be converted to the main currency based on the exchange rate at the moment
