Steps to Activate/Deactivate Users

Follow these simple steps to activate your GrubCenter account after it has been created:

1- Check Your Email

  • Once the account is created, the user will receive an automated email from "Grubtech" containing a temporary password.

    Tip: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
2- Log In to GrubCENTER
3- Set a New Password
  • Upon your first login, the system will prompt you to create a new password.
  • Choose a secure password that you’ll remember.
4- You’re All Set!
  • Your account is now activated, and your password has been successfully updated.
  • You can log in anytime to explore GrubCenter.

5- Deactivating Users: To learn how to deactivate users at any point, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to User Management, select subcategory Users.
  • Locate the user and click on View.
  • Use the status toggle to deactivate the user.
