Steps to Activate/Deactivate Users
Follow these simple steps to activate your GrubCenter account after it has been created:
1- Check Your Email
- Once the account is created, the user will receive an automated email from "Grubtech" containing a temporary password.
Tip: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
- Go to https://grubcenter.grubtech.io
- Log in using your email address (as your username)
- Use the temporary password provided in the email.
- Upon your first login, the system will prompt you to create a new password.
- Choose a secure password that you’ll remember.
- Your account is now activated, and your password has been successfully updated.
- You can log in anytime to explore GrubCenter.
5- Deactivating Users: To learn how to deactivate users at any point, follow these steps:
- Navigate to User Management, select subcategory Users.
- Locate the user and click on View.
- Use the status toggle to deactivate the user.
