      Dashboard

      Dashboard allows you to see some of most important data for your account including gross sales distribution, top selling products, payment methods and location net sales analysis.

       

      To view Dashboard please follow below steps

      Step 1 : Login to GrubCenter as the user with Real-Time Reports permissions set (e.g. Admin)

      Step 2 : Navigate to Real-Time reports section

      Step 3 : Select ”Dashboard” from the list of the reports to view the details

       

       

      Summary Cards shows overview on gross sales, net sales, number of orders & avg. order value as well as the percentage of the value growth comparing with the previous period.  

       

       

      Growth Percentage Display – helps to understand the percentage change in sales within a selected date range compared to the same past period in the previous timeline. If the value is positive, then it will be displayed in green color with arrow pointing up. If the value is negative, then it will be displayed in red color with arrow pointing down.

      Basic Calculation:

      Percentage = Difference in amount * Average value

      Difference in amounts = Value of the current period (date range) - Value of the previous period (date range)

      Average value = (Value of the previous period (date range) + Value of the current period (date range))/2

      EXAMPLE:

      • If you select date range as today, then number will be displayed as today date vs yesterday date
      • If you select date range as last 7 days, then number will be displayed as last 7 days vs 7 days before last 7 days
      • If the period is selected for 28 days, go back to 56 days before and get the data for the first 28 days of that period. (14 Apr 2024 - 11 May 2024 vs 24 Mar 2024 - 13 Apr 2024)
