Filter - Payment Method

This page explains how to effectively use filters within GrubCenter’s reporting interface, with a focus on selecting and analyzing data based on payment methods. Users can apply this filter to the following reports (Sales>Orders, Menu Performance>Orders)

Steps to Filter Reports by Payment Method

Login to GrubCenter , navigate to Real-Time reports section.

Open either Sales - Orders or Menu Performance - Orders report.

Apply the Payment Method Filter:

  • Click on the Filter option within the report.
  • Locate and select the Payment Method filter.

Choose Payment Methods:

  • A dropdown list will appear with payment methods options
  • Select one or multiple payment methods as needed.

View Filtered Data

  • Once selected, the report will update to display only orders matching the chosen payment methods.

Adjust or Clear Filters (Optional)

  • To modify the filter selection, revisit the Payment Method filter and update the choices.
  • To remove filters, reset the selection or click the Clear Filters option.
