In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Personally Identifiable Information (PII) includes any data relating to an identified or identifiable individual (“data subject”). This encompasses any information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify a person. To ensure compliance, Grubtech has implemented an automated system that anonymizes or partially masks customer data after a retention period of three months across the Grubtech Platform.

- Customer Information: Phone number, name, address, and email address.
- Customer Delivery Information: Delivery address, latitude, and longitude.
- Driver Information: Driver ID, name, and phone number.

Customer information can be deleted from our database upon request. For assistance with data deletion, please contact the Grubtech support team.
Audit User Information: The Grubtech support team maintains records of users and their actions related to reports, including viewing, downloading, emailing, and scheduling. These records are retained for auditing purposes.
