How to send report`s copy via email in Realtime reports?

The one-time email scheduling feature enables you to export real-time reports and receive them directly via email. You can configure and send these emails seamlessly from the report page.

Here is how to send the real-time report`s copy via email:

  • Log in to GrubCenter account.
  • Navigate to Real-Time reports section, select the required report and click on send email.


Click the “Send E-mail” button to confirm your selection. The report will be sent to your registered email address based on the chosen date range and applied filters.

Note:

  • The email will be sent exclusively to the email address associated with the logged-in user.
  • If the data set exceeds the limit, only the first 200,000 rows will be delivered, with an explanation provided in the email template.
