Can you edit the Purchase Unit of an Existing Catalog Item?

As of now, we do not have the option to change the purchase unit of an existing catalog item. Reason being that the ability to change the purchase unit of existing catalog items can have different effects on various products and use cases. Although, the only option available for now is that you create a new catalog item for the existing one with a new purchase unit. Learn how to create a new catalog item here.
