Switching Accounts in GrubOne

If you need to log in with a different account after logging out, GrubOne allows you to switch users without reinstalling the app.

Pre-requisites

• The user must be logged out of the app and on the PIN login screen.

Steps to Switch Accounts

• On the PIN login screen, tap Switch Account

• Enter the new account credentials (email and password)

• Tap Next to proceed

• Select the required location and tap Log In

Note💡 :

• If you only have access to one location, it will be automatically selected

• If the new account has access to the location, the user will be logged into the OMS under the new account

• If access is denied for a location, an Access Denied message will appear, with an option to go back to the previous screen
