grubOne allows users to switch between accounts easily without needing to reinstall the application.
This feature is particularly useful for teams that share devices across different shifts or roles, enabling seamless transitions between users.
When to Use This Feature
Users can switch accounts when:

Logging in with a different user after logging out

Sharing a device across multiple team members

Managing operations across different roles or locations
How to Switch Accounts
Follow these steps to switch to a different user account:

From the PIN login screen, tap Switch Account

Enter the new user’s email and password
-
Tap Next
-
Select the appropriate location
-
Tap Log In to access the account
Important Notes

If the account is assigned to only one location, it will be selected automatically

If the new account has access to the selected location, login will proceed successfully
-
If the account does not have access, an Access Denied message will appear, with an option to return to the previous screen
